Reporting a formula error

If a calculator on this site has produced a number you believe is wrong, please email corrections@fiscalmoose.com with:

• The exact URL of the tool you used.
• The inputs you entered.
• The number we showed you and the number you believe is correct.
• The primary source (CRA page, provincial guide, etc.) that supports your number, if you have one.

Our correction service-level commitment is published on the methodology page: 24-hour acknowledgement, 7-day fix, public changelog entry. We will tell you what we changed and when.

General questions

For questions about how a calculator works, what a particular field means, or whether a tool covers your situation, please email hello@fiscalmoose.com. We cannot provide individualized tax or financial advice (that requires a licensed CPA or financial advisor), but we can tell you exactly what a tool does and does not account for.

Embed inquiries

If you're an advisor, broker, or publisher interested in embedding one of our calculators on your own site, please email embeds@fiscalmoose.com with your site URL and which calculator you're interested in. We're rolling out an embed program in three tiers (free with backlink, paid Pro, and enterprise white-label) once the first calculator cluster has been publicly available and tested for at least 30 days.

What we can't help with

• Filing your taxes for you. We don't see your data and we're not a tax preparer.
• Telling you what to invest in. We don't sell financial products and we won't.
• Reviewing your specific financial situation. That's a CPA or financial advisor's job. See our disclaimer.
